Vivian Gueler
Vivian Gueler has worked in real estate for over 25 years and currently serves as Principal of Tesoro Real Estate Ventures, a real estate consulting company in Los Angeles, California, focusing on residential house flipping. She is also co-owner of 2760 Harcourt LLC, where she and her business partner, Meadow Goddard, have successfully flipped homes throughout Southern California since 2018.
Previously, Vivian served as Managing Partner and Chief Financial Officer of Pacific Trust Group, a boutique mortgage lending firm. She holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from UCLA and is a graduate of the Executive Master’s program at UCLA’s Anderson School of Management.
Vivian remains active in the community. Most recently, she served as Board Chair of The Bob Baker Marionette Theater in Los Angeles and as a board member of the Larchmont Boulevard Association. In 2016, she was honored as a “Woman of Larchmont Village.”
She resides in Los Angeles with her 15-year-old daughter.
